From 23:15 11/26/2024 to 01:25 11/27/2024 GMT+03 (duration 2 hours 10 minutes) there was an issue with the network availability from Russia.

API method requests for the host https://api.green-api.com were executed with significant delays on instances of the type 7ХХХХХХХХХХ.

During the failure, some requests were terminated with errors 500 (Internal Server Error) and 504 (Gateway Time-out).

The technical failure affected only instances of the type 7ХХХХХХХХХХ.

The service has been fully restored. All messages added to the queue have been sent, and all incoming messages have also been delivered.

We recommend using direct hosts of instances specified in the user's account.

GREEN-API is operating normally.
