Why is logout happening?#

  1. Logging out occurs if the device was turned off and did not appear on the network for more than 14 days.

    When using multi-account, an inactive account is defined as "offline", which may cause the instance to lose authorization after 14 days.

  2. If devices associated with WhatsApp (API, web version, and desktop version of the application) remain inactive for 30 days, they will be automatically logged out from the instance.

  3. As a result of WhatsАpp is updating the encryption keys may occur logging out.

  4. All previously linked devices are unlinked when reinstalling the WhatsApp application.

  5. All previously linked devices are unlinked when you transfer your WhatsApp account to another device.
